For pre-orders or back-ordered items the same rule applies — payment is taken when the order is placed, and the expected ship date is shown clearly on the product page. Declined Payments
A failed payment simply pauses your order rather than cancelling it outright, giving you the chance to correct the problem. Common culprits include an outdated expiry date, a blocked card, or a temporary bank hold on unusual spending.
